• First & Last Month’s Rent + Security Deposit- $1,000
  (Security deposit is refundable if no violations, damage, or missed payments occur)

• Monthly Cleaning Fee - $75 Monthly

• One-Time Background Check & Administration Fee – $375 (Non-Refundable)

⚠️ Additional Policies & Fees

• Late Fee: $200 if rent is not paid by the 3rd of the month

• Eviction Fees: Will be applied if applicable due to non-payment or violation of rental terms

All utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to laundry room, kitchenette, pool, business center, wellness area, and shared living spaces are included in your rent.
